Aerosmith Steven Tyler’s Redwing Motorcycles Changing Its Name.

At the New England International Auto Show Redwing bikes were exhibited but the name Redwing was no longer on the bikes. During a press conference Steven Tyler himself announced that the new name for the motorcycle line will be Dirico Motorcycles, named after the company lead engineer and Tyler’s brother in law Marc Dirico. It is well known that Tyler was taking some heat from Honda (heat being synonymous with lawyers in action) for using the brand name Redwing. Dirico Motorcycles.

Is honda also going after certain clubs that wear Red Wings on their colors? I bet not!

names aside, could someone please tell their PR firm that the motorcycle on the left is a flopped image…i doubt they re-engineered a bike to have an air cleaner and exhausts on the left side….

You are right, Howard. The bike is flopped. How many times it happens to magazines, to Hot bike when you were there?

More than a few–but never on a cover. Never as the focal point of a marketing piece..
