Limited Edition Brad Pitt Benjamin Button Belstaff Jackets

belstaffjacket“The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button” is probably one of the best movies of the last decade. A must see. In this Oscar nominated movie, Brad Pitt’s character is seen doing short motorcycle rides on an Indian and Triumph motorcycle and wearing very cool leather jackets (my preferred is the Button Jacket on the right). They are made by Belstaff, a very reputable English company, and if money is not an issue for you (they go from $1205 to $1,995) you can buy online one piece of this very limited edition. In addition, you will do a charitable gift, a portion of the proceeds going to Brad Pitt’s ‘Make it Right’ Hurricane Katrina foundation. Belstaff Online.

Will not make you look like Brad Pitt, but just look good on any pre-70’s bike. Avoid wearing one of these jackets on a late Harley Twin-cam. (where is the mistake? will ask you Cyril)

That is a lot of $$$ for a jacket. A lot of $$$…but for the folks that can spend money on something like that, well, it’s going for a good cause at least. I have no beef w/ folks that do charitable work.

Better to spend that kind of bread on something of quality that you’ll keep for years rather than a $40 tee-shirt with someone else’s logo on it..

What about the state of emergencies that happened in Kansas with last year’s ice storm that paralyzed the west side of the state for months without warning. Or the tragic winter storms that wrecked havoc across the Midwest all the way to New Hampshire this year?

Where are their celebrity endorsements and aid… at least they could stay warm with this jacket.

These are actually pretty good jackets. We supplied the bikes / handled them on set for the film. Belstaff sent a ton of stuff over for BP. Quality gear. And for the record, Mr. Pitt had that Indian wired after about 10 minutes of riding… There are tons of good motorcycle scripts floating around Hollywood right now, just no banks funding new films.

Ice storms happen here on a regular basis and therefore really aren’t an emergency. It’s those poor folks in Louisiana that knowingly lived on a floodplain, turned down or mis-spent federal aid for years to rebuild their dykes, and when the flood happened, turned down the Feds again, stayed in their homes, only to really become an emergency when they were overwhelmed and needed someone else to blame. Those poor people need aid more than any hardy midwesterners. God bless those celebrities for lending a helping hand!

The Panther one is nice, but too expensive.
BTW I noticed the double standard too GunRunner!

Belstaff also did the jackets for War of the Worlds (Tom Cruise one) and Dark Knight. They are quality jackets but not protective so i woudn’t want to skid down the road in one.

Belstaff don’t make jackets in England anymore

Rodent. I wrote that Belstaff is an English company. I didn’t write that the production is in England. Their leather jackets are made in Italy, like most european clothing brands (usually in Milan area).

Love the jackets, however I saw the movie and have no idea what the brou ha ha is about…the movie was slow, uneventful and extremely boring…nor did it seem to have any real point. (except the only way to understand life is to live it backwards…..which is sheer conjecture nor did the movie iluminate that supposition ..as I said I give it 2 big “yawns” down.
Best move in the last decade? give me a break!! I could think of ten movies in the last 6 months that were way ten times better.

Little Horn. You just demonstrated you have a low IQ and that you didn’t understand anything about this amazing movie. I can’t explain, you would not understand.
