I have an account on Twitter where I tweet on a regular basis for my followers to know what I am doing or about some blog posts I think they should be aware of. Last Monday, I was in Los Angeles about to have lunch with Jesse James, tweeted about it, when on a short notice Jesse sent me a message canceling our meeting for unforseen personal reasons. No issue with me and we will meet later. Since then, the reason of Jesse canceling our appointment and canceling his Tweeter account have already been published online and in print by all People Magazines & Gossip Tabloids. Since my scheduled appointment with Jesse was known by many through Twitter, I received a flow of emails and calls asking me what I know and to comment in my Blog. I know nothing and if I knew I would not comment because I don’t write about gossips or private lives of people belonging to the industry. So, please don’t ask me anymore. Thank you.

Good for you Cyril! That’s the way it should be, I just hate all those gossip rags and those that contribute to them! So much of it is just plain BS and made up and those that read that crap are no better than those that write it!
I had the pleasure of speaking with Jesse briefly at the 2006 Legend of the Motorcycle International Concourse d`Elegance in Half Moon Bay CA. I was walking around looking at all the great bikes when I saw Jesse walking in my direction with a lady dressed in a Mexican style serape, jeans, a large straw hat and big sunglasses. I asked Jesse if he would mind if I took a picture of him. He very politely replied that they were just walking around looking at the bikes and would rather not have a picture taken. I wished him a good day and a good time at the show, we shook hands that that was that. I, not being into gossip or that celebrity ET kind of crap, had no idea whatsoever that the woman with Jesse was Sandra. I had no idea that they were or had dated and for sure didn’t have any inkling that they were married. My guess is he thought I wanted a picture of him and Sandra which is really funny since if he had agreed to have his picture taken I was going to ask the lady with him to take the picture of him and me together. Jesse is just a down to earth guy and not into all that celebrity crap either and just seems to be regular Joe who found himself in the spotlight with his success of West Coast Choppers and the whole Discovery Channel thing. Even when he did his thing on Celebrity Apprentice and The Donald quizzed Jesse on his relationship with Sandra Jesse said nothing about it keeping his personal life personal as it should be and we all need to follow that example and let those in the limelight have their privacy and dignity and just mind our own business. I don’t need nor do I want to know anything about Jesse’s personal life, I just like his bikes and his style.

If he didn’t cheat then why is he apologizing to Sandra??!! For what?
Every tabloid in town is reporting that he had an affair with a stripper and web cam queen. They are also reporting that Sandra left their house last Sunday. Why would she leave??
From his past track record he loves to date strippers and porn queens. Like they say…”you live by the sword, you die by the sword”
One more thing…….if he is so concerned about keeping things private, then why did he have his publicist make a PUBLIC statement about his apology to his wife and kids??!!
Cyril….I know that you like him and you have been friends with him for a long time………..but I’m entitled to my opinion……………I feel sorry for his wife and his kids to have been thrown into this drama.

You have done the right and honorable thing by refusing comment on rumors. If people want cheap thrills and intertainment then they can stand in line at the grocery store and read such crap. Whatever the real story turns out to be, it is between Jesse and whoever it concerns and no one else. Now lets talk about motorcycles!

you guys are too funny with your “I know Jesse James” stuff. Everybody knows Jesse James. The fact that he shook your hand once at a rally or took a picture with you doesn’t make you his buddy.

Never said I knew Jesse, I said I had the pleasure of speaking with him briefly at the Concourse and he was very much the gentleman. Perhaps you should get real and try reading what was written and the context in which it was written.

You have got to love the media and their ways of entering into anyones life. I feel Jesse and Sandra need to handle this on their own with no help from the media and/or divorce lawyers contacting them like crazy.
It always amazes me how quick some in our “family” or industry are so quick to throw our own under the bus, thanks for taking the high road Cyril.
There is always two sides to everything….and both sides of this aint our business. Just hope Jesse and Sandra can work it out if that is what makes them happy.
Everybody else that hasnt ever screwed up, made a mistake, or done anything else wrong, please run for office, we need the leadership.

I look at it this way, if you do not want the world seeing everything you do in your life, don’t have a stupid twitter account. Common since I’d say. No wounder Jesse cancelled his account. I know allot of others that have done the same thing.
Chuck, it has nothing to do with using Twitter. You publish on Twitter only what you want others to know. Text messaging and emailing is where is the danger. You can erase, but nothing disappear…
Thanks for the reality check Cyril… we all need to remember what people contribute to the industry and not get in a twist over what they do in thier personal lives. Many ‘normal’ people do far worse things, they just don’t have paparazzi following them 24/7 because nobody cares about average joes!
BTW, even people who seem ‘perfect’ like Tiger can fall… once you add money and fame to thier lives its all downhill. Nothing suprises me with celebrities.
