J&P Cycles® New Customers Live Chat

Which part I need? Is it in stock? Does it fit my bike? How to install it? etc. Online shopping is great, but you still have plenty of questions before typing your address and entering your credit card number. Even after sales you may  need technical assistance, and you want it right away. So, J&P Cycles is now offering one-on-one assistance when needed via a new Live Chat Service.

As a potential customer or actual client you are able to speak in real time, as much as you need, with a customer service or technical service representative. Those wishing to use the Live Chat feature simply need to log onto the J&P Cycles® website at  and click on the Live Chat button at the top of the screen. There you will be prompted to enter your first name, last name, e-mail address and chat selection (customer service, Harley® tech or Metric tech). Then, your request is submitted and wa-la, a J&P® representative is with you! The average wait time to speak with a representative is only 30 seconds. While Live Chat is not available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, it is available during some handy hours: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. J&P Cycles.

That’s great. It took 40 years, but the m/c aftermarket will developed faster with the tech-help.

V-Twin’s® dealer tech-help is a welcome addition too.

They don’t hire women at JP Cycles?

What makes you think J&P Cycles doesn’t hire women? I don’t know the exact number, but I would say J&P’s employees are close to 50/50 men vs. women. The new live chat is just another way J&P Cycles is showing their commitment to high quality customer service.
