Sturgis 4th Annual Legends Ride®. The Ride That Rocks®!

On Monday august 8, 2011 the Annual Legends Ride will rock the South Dakota Black Hills from Deadwood to the Sturgis Buffalo Chip®. Notable motorcycle builders will be joining an array of distinguished riders and prominent celebrities to raise significant funds for a number of worthwhile South Dakota charities by assembling in Deadwood to take part in the 4th annual Legends Ride®.

Created to positively impact local youth as well as preserve the rich heritage and industry of motorcycling, the Legends Ride® unites the motorcycle, music and entertainment industries while welcoming riders from around the globe to enjoy a day of spectacular South Dakota motorcycling.

100% of riders’ contributions will benefit local charities. In the first three years, the Legends Ride® has raised over $150,000 and has become the premier charity ride in motorcycling. Special guests confirmed to ride in the 2011 Legends Ride® include actor Lorenzo Lamas, reality television star Rupert Boneham, and a healthy dose of the nation’s top motorcycle builders and industry dignitaries. The $150 rider registration is all inclusive for a stunning 50-mile ride capped by a concert headlined by 80’s rockers Def Leppard and Tesla. Perks include free parking in Deadwood and the Legendary Buffalo Chip®, food and drinks prior to the concert, meet-and-greet opportunities with master builders and celebrities and a special souvenir gift pack. Riders can even camp at the Chip for the night!

The Legend’s Ride® reception at the Legendary Buffalo Chip® will also be highlighted by a special live auction featuring another one-of-a-kind custom motorcycle built by Discovery Channel celebrity bike builder and South Dakota native, Michael Prugh and the students of Western Dakota Technical Institute in Rapid City, S.D.  Registration of is now open at Annual Legends Ride.
