Love Your New Victory Motorcycle Or Your Money Refunded.

Victory-Ride“We build the best bikes on the planet and we’re excited to introduce the Victory Guarantee as a way to back that up,” said Victory Marketing Manager Josh Fulkerson. “We are the fastest-growing manufacturer of heavyweight motorcycles, and we are confident you’ll love your new Victory motorcycle, or we’ll refund your money. That’s the Victory Guarantee.”

“Victory builds cruisers, baggers, and touring bikes and stands behind them with the industry’s only guarantee that gives riders a chance to buy it, ride it, get the full ownership experience, and if you’re not satisfied, you’ll get your money back.
VictoryBadge_2012“The Victory Guarantee” applies to new 2013 Victory models purchased in the United States or Canada from March 1, 2013-April 30, 2013. Complete details and conditions are available from participating Victory dealers and at Victory Motorcycles where you can also see the full line of 2013 Victory models, a complete line of accessories designed for each model, and a new collection of superior technical riding gear and casual wear.

“We’ve been saying ‘Ride One and You’ll Own One’ for over a year, and we’ve seen thousands of riders take the challenge and join the Victory ranks,” Fulkerson said. “We’re so confident you’ll enjoy riding a Victory that we’re stepping up to our own challenge and putting our money where our mouth is. If you buy a new Victory and aren’t completely satisfied riding the best, just bring it back.”

Very cool. But what is “technical riding gear”?

  2. 2 Rodent Mar 2nd, 2013 at 6:15 pm

Yeah just bring it back, no problem, I bet!

  3. 3 Mad Dog Mar 2nd, 2013 at 6:23 pm

    Billant! Ballsy!

As soon as this offer is extended globally, I shall defiantly accept the challenge for two bikes, a High Ball for my Son and a Vision for myself.

I am as confident as Victory both Motorcycles shall be our ride of choice for many years.

Bet the arrogant Milwaukee crew could not match this offer, there would soon be a glut of ‘hardly used’ bikes available at every steeler.

Cudos to Victory (Don’t Forget the rest of the world)

It may decide quite a few to try a Victory. Good strategy.

In 1986 I bought a black 883 Sportster standard for $3999.00 guaranteed full money back on trade in for any big twin (within two years). Remember that deal (1st year Evo Sportster)?

Anyway, never took advantage of the offer. I ended up riding the heck outta that bike for 4 years. Sold it to a guy in ’91 for $4000.00 (he still rides it!).

I made a buck on that bike… I still have my FXR I bought new in ’91 to replace it.

I am glad Victory is doing well. I think the money back guarantee is great! I will take a test ride soon and see what I think…

Domino “You HAVE FIGURED OUT THE SECRET! You havve figured out how TO Get the Factory’s Back from all the abuse, tricks, Bait &Switches, B.S. Deals and rebates and Sories and Lies………………………..KEEP THE BIKE!

I am really Liking the way the Victory People want me on their Team. They are telling me that If I am not happy with my Purchase, I can get all my money back? I don’t want to hire an Attorney to read the “fine lines”. Are you Guys saying that If I don’t like my Victory after I rode it, You will give me all my money back to buy someone elses Motorcycle? If this is the real deal then I’m on your team!

Bigalyts, the fine print isn’t bad. You have to keep it at least 30 but return it before 60. 2013 models only. maximum 500 miles, you get a full refund of the purchase price less any damage. I think the damage has to be under 200 dollars. You do not get back any fees associated with delivery.

I’m sure they’re great bikes overall, but this very brief AdVert campaign from Polaris represents so much more HYPE (surprise!) than significance, imo.

As for their so-called “Superior TECHNICAL Riding Gear, ” yeah, just another case of adjectives-running-wild emanating from their increasingly familiar, (and overly HYPED), wild-eyed and crazy Black-Art AdVert Department….

Perhaps Jim Carey should be considered as a new spokesperson for the new Polaris Victory/Indian brands, complete with the slogan: “SOMEBODY STOP ME!!!”

sold my road glide after i got my cross country. imo its that good.

    Fine print …
    2000.00 out of pocket
    If you do this …
Always read & do the math..
    Good advertising though….

Great idea, but come on…. Only running this “money back guarantee” for a month?

no thanks…. I’ll keep my HD since it’s guaranteed me a smile from ear-to-ear every time I thrown my leg over it.

courtney, that is so cheesy , I LOVE IT!

    Cyril,

It seems and i do not want to say this, but it looks like using folks to break in bikes for the victory rental dept.

500 miles, bike has a good shake out, turn over to rental, get a write off of some type…

    Laurence

Lol, CafeSportyTC. But wait, there’s more!

Picture this. So, Jim Carey’s posing smartly on a brand new fluorescent orange Victory, whilst Mike Wolfe is standing close by smiling ear to ear and chest deep in the weeds just outside a hundred year old barn brandishing the brand new Indian transmission….

All this (and so much more!) and subtitled with: “Somebody Stop Us!!!”

    Oh the possibilities….

They’re not getting my Cross Roads back! Have ridden just about everything the last 40 years and nothing compares to the handling, power & comfort. I’m sold on Victory!

  21. 21 Wally1 Jul 19th, 2013 at 5:40 pm

Does Victory build good bikes, probably, But I will never know, WHY? I thought about getting one but after researching their customer service or lack therof, I quickly decided that I didn’t even want to test ride one. PLEASE don’t take my word for it and do yourself a giant favor and research this company. Horror stories about refusal of warranties, even on simple things or even safety related parts. Victory (polaris) has a long history of Deny, Deny, Deny warranty claims. As far as this “ride it, money back “guarrantee, READ the fine print. Unless you ride this bike straight to your garage and leave it there for a month, you probably won’t be able to return it! Victory still hasn’t learned the first rule of business. Keep the customer happy and keep your word. So a new Victory in my garage? Not until Victory changes their business ethics and actually stands behind their products. Again, please don’t take my word for it, research it yourself!
