your bike is a hardtail your solo seat suspension is your best or worst enemy for comfortable riding. These air ride kits intend to provide comfort, vibration dampening and adjustability depending of your weight and preferences. A compact rubber air spring offers far superior vibration dampening as compared to traditional seat springs or shocks. The air spring uses a bicycle style fill valve that allows the rider to easily inflate the air spring from 1psi to 100psi depending on rider weight and desired firmness (Most riders choose a 5 to 15 psi operating pressure.)
These Air Ride Solo Seat Bracket Kit gives you a 2.1” length of travel that is very comparable to a set of 3” seat springs but with better vibration damping due to the fact that there is no “metal on metal” contact at the rear of the seat to transfer vibrations to the rider. Slotted mounting holes on the heavy duty 1/4” thick steel seat bracket allow universal fitment on almost any solo seat that has threaded spring studs on the pan. The seat bracket is black powder coated for durability while the weld-on frame mounting bracket is formed from one piece of steel for ultimate strength and easy installation. The frame mounting bracket is coped for perfect fitment on 1 1/8” diameter frame tubing but can easily fit 1” or 1 1/4” cross members as well. The frame bracket is raw finish mild steel for easy weldability. Solo air ride seat bracket kit for 225 lbs max rider weight is $109.99 (P/N 660918). Dual air ride seat bracket kit for 325 lbs max recommended rider weight is $174.99 (P/N 660919) Order at your Custom Chrome Dealer.
Nice!
The price is in the right range too for the average garage builder.
I agree. Great offering at great price. Will sell very well.
This is new-tec Indian should consider for a rigid frame Scout model.
Shock absorbing rubber that’s rot-proof and will last until it burst, but a collapsed spare bladder and 6″ “English” tire pump that fit in your tool kit are universally available.
This is a great invention isn’t it?
It looks railroad train car suspensionish.
Rigid? Kirk, you are joking for a production motorcycle in this century, surely? No motor company liability lawyer would allow it to even turn a wheel.
Did Paul Cox not offer this system years ago.

Its a brilliant idea.
Nice to see someone is offering this to the public but it’s certainly not a new idea. The police bikes I service have been using the Harley air spring with the addition of a reservoir tank and gauge for years. Just FYI.
Where do you think Paul Cox got the idea? Not to knock him at all, but the idea of using air bags on a vehicle came along well before he marketed it for rigid frame bikes.
I just like TC Bros. offering a set up at a reasonable price.
Paul Cox never made any seat suspension system. He was distributing a brand. Forgot the name.
Patrick, you’re wrong, Paul Cox did have his own system, used Dunlop bags, worked very well, was about $1200 bucks. He has been offering it for years. Check your facts.
Wow! That is awesome! This is what we need for our bike. I’ve got to let my brother see this. I know he will be interested much more that the price is affordable.
