The Bell Star helmet has evolved steadily over more than 45 years. The new Bell Bullitt was designed by young Chad Hodge who preserved the helmet classic style with some of today’s high tech features. It looks like a modern interpretation of an old Arthur Fulmer AF50 design to me.Emulation over design I think.
Much much better to be “cool” wearing this than a beanie…when style and safety combine, more people will benifit. Yeah; it looks retro; too…

Terence nailed it. Kudos to the kid, but Bell isn’t ‘Bell’ anymore and hasn’t been since before he was born. I say that with sadness in my heart. I loved all of my old Bells.
I credit anyone who thinks and works for the betterment to man and devices.
That kids looks like a fine young man and I think he did a great job with the Helmet.
I remember drooling over those Yamaha RD400’s when I was in high school.
Hi, there is any connection between Bell helmets and Ruby Helmets? This model, is too close to Castell model from Les Ateliers Ruby.
