Cafe Rider Dubai To Distribute Brass Balls Cycles

caferider1caferider2caferider3Dar Holdsworth from Brass Balls Bobbers just returned from Dubai , United Arab Emirates, where he participated to the grand opening of Cafe Rider, a new dealer carrying exclusively his motorcycles. As you can see it looks like a very cool place with Brass Balls Bobbers bikes displayed as works of art, then a 30-ft long coffee bar manned by a champion Barista the most insanely fantastic (Dar’s words) coffees, expressos, cappuccinos,, latte’s and teas. The bike service area is behind glass, so customers can watch while their bikes are attended to. There is a small but attractive retail area where top quality & unique is the theme. The leather jackets & gloves are made specifically to Cafe Rider’s specs and are not found anywhere else in the region. There are t-shirts, helmets, messenger bags and more. Some of the new Brass Balls Cycles parts are also for sale.

In case you didn’t know Dubai embraces our custom culture with a lot of money to back it up… Below, a sweet video shot on location in Dubai for Cafe Rider and featuring Brass Balls Cycles.

Interesting how the rest of the world is getting better at doing American that America…

While the US is marching East (eg the TEEN GLIDE) – the East is marching West.

It’s a brave man to do business in an emirate where the rule of law is effectively by decree.I would think twice about doing trade with Arabia, even by air freight.

If a bike is sold to an Arab billionaire’s son and they get killed or badly injured, get the hell out on the first plane I say.

KSW.why on Earth would the world’s leading MSM motorcycle journalists covering the premier motorcycle racing event have the time to cover a coffee bar with a few bobbers? That’s what niche players like Cyril’s Blog are for,and do well:the proof is in the pudding and well targeted towards you,it seems.

As for working with UAE Read the following partial Press Release from another cycle industry portal released this week.

FYI Abu Dhabi-based MTM Marine LLC (MTM), (30 Year) affiliate of the Al Masaood Group of companies and UAE partner to a range of global premium recreational brand principals including BRP, Mares, Penn and Gurit amongst others today announces their entry as a jet boat manufacturer in the GCC region.

Point being – Many US and foreign companies have been doing business with UAE for decades. Dubai is one heck of a city (The Middle East Las Vegas). It is an international hub for Asian and middle east tourism. BB will be well positioned to build contacts and make sales to these wealthy tourists and business owners.

As for risk? Being in business is a risk and I am sure that BB backers/dealer contacts in UAE are covering BB butts.

    Good luck guys.

Steve Hog Radio Show Producer, you seem to have good knowledge of motorcycle related isssues, but absolutely none of Islamic sharia-based law how it relates to business in an emirate.I’d say the possible reality of being held in a Arab prison for years without the necessity of a crime being committed,or charged with one is real. It’s far beyond “a risk” of being in business.

Wikipedia- Heck: “Another, less religious and often humorous, way of referring to Hell” A very good choice of words in referring to Dubai.
