Ridewright Wheels, a manufacturer of premium spoke and recently forged billet wheels is introducing a 3-Piece Modular Billet Hub. The idea is to offer the flexibility of keeping a wheel and fitting it on multiple bikes required different spacing and offset. Just change the hub ends as needed. Dealers don’t have to stock nearly as much inventory to satisfy their customer’s needs.
The left side is modular with many different widths and bolt pattern options for most sprocket or brake configurations.The center hub offers the option of many different spoke-count and spoke-width choices. The right side is optional to hide the spokes and offer a smooth and clean look.
As far as I know, Ridewright is the first to offer these innovative hubs and will be found on all Ridewright Wheels including their new forged line. Manufactured from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum. I don’t know how many times I see a product that I want to investigate and I go to a website,can’t find it or it’s not even there.
TT. How do you see this as a vendor fail? There is a phone number in the press release. Dial it and talk to someone if you have a need to investigate! If Ridewright didn’t inform Cyril and put it on their website first would that mean Cyril failed? I think not. This is a brilliant idea and I would ‘assume’ Ridewright has informed all of their dealers long before Cyril even heard about it. Cyril is not the first to have published this.
rb,if you can’t go straight to a “new product” easily on a company website in this day and age it is a vendor fail IMO.
Having to phone a company for information is nineteen-twenties era customer service and marketing. If I can’t get to and look at a product in four clicks of a mouse or have to wade through hundreds of similar products on a webpage, I forget about the idea.
I often wonder why very experienced motorcycle orientated businesses don’t have a fourteen year old internet nerd making their website fast and easy to detect the products.
Cyril brings product news fast to riders screens and is not responsible for the internet marketing homepage strategies of companies.
I agree with TT. Cyril is well in advance in internet strategies, the best at it. And it’s sad to see in 2014 so many magazines and mc vendors with terrible 80’s style websites even not updated on time when they release a product. The motorcycle industry doesn’t have many true marketing and internet professionals… Shame.
TT, Brandon we have been pushing this product for some time now, you are right the link for the page talking about the modular end is missing. we will have our IT guys get that fixed.
As for the hubs the product has been pushed via magazines and the old website for well over two years. It hasn’t been pushed as a new product as it is not sold on its own but as part of a entire assembly.
The hub centers are set at a center offset with the rim, while the ends are what give you the wheel offset for different bikes. this allows you to take a wheel off a bagger and put it on a softail by simply swapping out hub ends. Its pretty much the same concept as the billet hubs on mag wheels, where you can swap them out except we took that concept and put it to work with spoke wheels.
All hubs have been dot, jaso, and tuv tested and approved.

Who do we have posting here, a bunch of 17yo internet users, if I am really interested in a product, I want to talk with someone about it, not just look at a picture of it , you are doing that right now. If you are really interested, pick up the phone, if you are not that interested don’t phone, just keeping looking at the picture, it will not change just being on a website, otherwise you are just wasting the sellers time
BCinSoCal, if I want to get something, I find it on the web and click to buy it. It appears in virtually no time delivered to my door. In a motorcycle business phone calls are mostly a complete waste of time, both for the customer and the salesman.
Looking at a product portrayed on a webpage wastes none of the companies time, but talking on the phone often does.
TT: Easy solution for you. Since you can’t find it on their web page, you don’t have to buy it…
