New 32” El Loco Steel Front Fender By Fat Katz

EL-LOCOWheel manufacturers ask tire vendors to create new rubber for their ever taller donuts. And logically, builders creating big wheel Baggers ask vendors to provide them with the matching size enders.

So, Fat Katz. rushed to create the El Loco 32” front fender in 2 different designs, the El Loco wrap fender and the El Loco Classic FL style fender. As with all Fat Katz fenders these are made of 13 gauge cold rolled steel and fabricated right here in the US. They are offered with or without billet spacers.

And of course, the company continues to provide its fenders in all other more “traditional” size options 16”,18”,21”,23”,26” 30”. Fat Kat Inc 530-268-2232

32″ wheel. Too much by 9″.

Let’s Fat Katz take advantage of the craze.

    F**king stupid

Is that a tire or an o-ring? Just wondering.

While the “big wheel” guarantees distinction, I would guess it’s even less functional than the former 300+ rear tire craze…meh

El Loco for El Puto. But hey, it’s a free country. Spend your money on whatever you want and I’ll laugh at whatever I want. Now who’s ready for a 36? C’mon you know some one is going to do it.

I agree with the above comments!

Custom bikers used to define and reflect reality back to all the world to see in blinding clarity. Now Pauley, and this big wheel trend are riding off to cartoon land, taking kid’s imaginations with them like the Pied Piper.( *remember those kids got lost and never came back).

I’m all for emptying guys wallets satisfying their lust for the shiny and the excessive. That’s a good thing all round.

But,these big fronts don’t seem to satisfy form or function IMO. Or look good.

Jesse James saw sense a while ago and stopped building 300+er choppers. I would like to think he has the same idea on the Big wheeler trend. Jesse? .( *remember those 300+ers got lost and never came back).

    Eight hundred dollars?

  9. 9 Shifter Apr 18th, 2014 at 2:32 pm

TT. Jesse James never built 300 mm rear tire choppers!!!

  10. 10 LoneRider Apr 18th, 2014 at 2:43 pm

Unrideable, waste !! If that is what you want to spend your hard earned cash on I guess that is everyones right, but when you run over something as small as 1/8 of a inch and blow a tire, and the bike is soo unrideable go for it. I will be the one on normal sized wheels and tires breezing right bye. Another dumb yuppee craze that needs to run it’s course and go away. Like those stupid 300 rear tires.

  11. 11 Terence Tory Apr 18th, 2014 at 2:54 pm

Shifter, you are right. I must have dreamt it. J.J. did built a few with 250’s ,then he saw sense and went back to more ridable sizes.

A 250 on the rear is still borderline as to easy steering, high speed stability and good handling IMHO.

nice bike; like the paint, headlight and flow; but the read fender a bit extreme. the chopp shop does some cool stuff–their long and long chopper.

  13. 13 Shifter Apr 18th, 2014 at 8:21 pm

TT. JJ never built a bike with an over 200 mm rear tire. Wrong again and again and again…

  14. 14 Terence Tory Apr 18th, 2014 at 8:49 pm

Shifter, well I guess this 250 WCC rear wheel must have just snuck in the WWC frame while Jesse James wasn’t watching?

starting to look like the old bicycles with the 8 ft tall front rim and and 1 ft. rear, and jesse built a sh@#t load of bikes with 250-300 tires right alongside the tuetels made his money doing it didn’t go to small tire bikes till after he made his money and was still building big tire bikes bet he would build you one today if you went to him with a hand full of cash he would be dumb not to

TT, once a Bell End always a Bell End, thanks for proving it again and again and again.

  17. 17 knucklehead on a panhead Apr 18th, 2014 at 10:54 pm

    What’s next?

    A “uni-cycle” with a motor?

I like innovation as much as the next guy, but it just seems now a days….It’s just one big pissing contest seeing who can top the “next guy” in outrageous designs!

Sorry to say this….But the ONLY person(s) I see riding a motorsickle with a front wheel like this….are people who have such a low self esteem that they have to exhibit outrageous and borderline obscene gimmicks like this to get people to “look” at them! EVERY time I see one of these jokes on wheels, I almost want to cry in embarrassment for the person who’s riding it!

But thank’s all the same Cyril, for showing us the latest “trend” where …..um…custom bikes are concerned?

  18. 18 Boris Apr 19th, 2014 at 8:05 am

    Too much wheel by 16″.

  19. 19 Doc Robinson Apr 19th, 2014 at 8:47 am

I’m with Larry. We should get NASA to get a sample of the Bell End’s skin. Synthesise it, and they wouldn’t have to worry about producing high tech tiles for when space vehicles re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere.

  20. 20 Larry Lamonaco Apr 19th, 2014 at 12:36 pm

Hey Doc, his skin maybe. Just stay away from his brain, the more he posts the stupider he gets.

  21. 21 James just another Crazy Kiwi Apr 19th, 2014 at 4:33 pm

Even though some people may get under your skin the best way to show disproval is to ignore them.
I remember being told that as a kid by my Mother. Reaction to some is a form of approval and the attention they are seeking.

This lesson applies to allot of things including the look at me crowd that would ride a modern Penny Farthing.

  22. 22 Terence Tory Apr 19th, 2014 at 5:17 pm

James just another Crazy Kiwi, I thought you were missing, presumed blown away by the weather. Welcome back in manly gummies.

N.B., I’m not the least bit interested in approval or attention.

knucklehead on a panhead, you nailed the “tall wheel, low self esteem issue”. Kudus to you: KOAP.

  23. 23 Woody Apr 21st, 2014 at 3:53 pm

    Really nice-looking paint.

  24. 24 Blackmax Apr 21st, 2014 at 4:26 pm

Once again some people are into this “Big Wheel” thing
I’m not…. And will say it again for the masses
    “Anything over a 23 inch front and/or a 200 rear is a waste”
But hey, just my opinion, that’s all ……
To Doc Robinson & Mr Lamonaco don;t get all excited about it
Larry’s last comment just about hit the nail on the head

  25. 25 Rob Campbell Apr 21st, 2014 at 10:08 pm

I’m surprised at the wholesale dismissal of the big wheel trend.

Don’t get me wrong–I don’t want to ride one either.

But custom bikes have not always been about function, they’ve also been about pushing limits, extremes, and pissing off the squares. High bars, stretched front ends, spool front wheels, raked necks, and more have all been about discovering new territory and trying stuff out, seeing how cool it looks and how bad it works, and moving on.

Just my two cents, which is still two cents after inflation since it’s just my opinion. Whatevs.

Who will be the first to build the ultimate joke, 360 rear (remember those) 32 front!
