It’s been about a year and a half since David Uhl released his last piece in the “Pin Up” series. “Pump ‘Er Up” is the newest addition to this collection.
It is now available as a hand-signed, numbered canvas giclee print edition. Each print comes beautifully framed with a Certificate of Authenticity. As always, Uhl is offering a first right of refusal to collectors of the set who want to add their matching edition number. After fulfilling these, the remaining prints will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Print Specifics: Edition of 25 plus 5 Artist Proofs and 10 Hors d’ commerce. Image size 20″ by 24”. $1,250 framed, plus shipping. Contact Greg Rhodes 303-913-4840
I like Uhl paintings; but Boots here looks a little cross-eyed..
Sorry Uhl. Something wrong with her nose & eyes. Not your best.
Lets see….blond and can work a hand pump. Imagine the possibilities.
There’s nothing wrong with her face, just the accurate portrayal of shadows that is a trademark of David’s work. This image didn’t transfer well compared to what is on the Uhl website.
She needs some Ride-On.
Too cartoonish. Prefer Uhl vintage style.
I wonder how she handles the vibration from the Shovel.
This reminds me of the old Pin-up art of the likes of Bill Medcalf and Gil Elvgren.
It’s cool ! !
I mention this too often, David Uhl has one of the coolest custom knuckles of all time.
I think I first saw it in Iron Works which is sadly no longer in print
PS
Please no hate mail from Shovel Head owners. Don’t know what it is like over in the states but there is still the odd Hobbit over here that never got over the introduction of the Evo
I’ve been a fan of David’s work for a while now. Great to see him doing more motorcycle stuff and the ladies still lookin’ good 🙂
Love it…good stuff as always David !
Not even close to his best work. I have to wonder if like Kincade did, he’s beginning to crank new pieces out too fast in order to create some kind of market demand.
No this best work, but better than a lot of others I’ve seen
