The only problem is that ISIS stole these motorcycles and will continue to steal more in all places they invade. Why not giving them to the poor without means of transportation.

Lebanese soldiers aren’t that impressive. They should have done that with the Isis fighters still on the bikes.
The Problem is ‘ they are all” ISIS Members depending on how Anti American they feel on any particular day.
We need Special Forces imbedded over there , along with the CIA to stop this, As well as cut off all American aid and support to the Middle East period
The poor have enough problems without us making them even more comfortable receiving hand outs that don’t beling to them. How about getting the bikes back to the original owners? In many of these countries, a persons livelihood depends on their bikes. Witness Korea, the Philippines, Afghanistan, or any Middle Eastern country I’ve been to. Speaking of which. ALL of the bikes in Afghanistan are stolen. I’ve been to bike shops there, and rode one while at Firebase Harriman.
And as for SF taking up the fight – you can “embed” teams in a semi-permissive environment. The environment rhere is anything but that.
