Davis Zien, former Senator for Wisconsin and member of Motorcycle Hall of Fame since 2000 – and Marc Anthomy – both amputated above the knee have created “Wheels Of Liberty” a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the mobility-challenged individuals use motorcycles as a unique therapy tool to empower them, live better with their disability and attain or regain motorcycle freedom. “It’s empowering, they have a new purpose to live and get out on the open road, and as motorcyclists, we feel that, and so we’re just sharing that feeling” says Zien. Wheels of Liberty had its first fund raiser this past Sunday. hopefully eventually becoming a national program. Fantastic!
… and one more reason why we should all be applauding each every Trike that makes its way onto these pages rather than ____ing and whining about them not being Motorcycles
Great work Dave and it’s a well worth it project………….
Sounds like a very worthwhile group
better than debating whether or not
Trikes are bikes or bikes are trikes, 2 wheels or 3
Doesn’t matter, as long as you are in the wind
