New And Interesting. ThunderMax Launching TracMax, An ABS Correction Module For Harley Tourers With Tall Front Wheels 21″ And Above.

TallWheelTracMax2015ThunderMax will debut at the 2015 Cincinnati V-Twin Expo (February 7-8) the all new TracMax ABS Correction Module for 2014-2015 Harley Davidson Touring Models equipped with tall aftermarket front wheels.

When you install taller custom wheels – 21″ and above – than Harley factory front wheels, the linked Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) on 2014 & 2015 HD Touring models has been known to lose functionality as a result of incompatible ABS codes wheel speed signals.

The TracMax is designed to recalibrate the wheel speed signal that is sent to the ABS module. This allows riders to regain the functionality of their bike ABS. The TracMax is an ABS correction module that requires no cutting or splicing of factory wiring harnesses. The unit is offered to fit the industry’s most popular front wheel sizes including: 21 inch, 23 inch, 26 inch and 30 inch.

Thunder Heart Performance, the manufacturer of ThunderMax and TracMax, has been applying engineering expertise to motorcycle electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems since 1995. For more information about the TracMax and the full line of ThunderMax products please visit ThunderMax or call 615.616.1127 (at the V-Twin Expo booth 515)

All these guys with big wheel baggers have the wrong info on their speedo & odo. Well done ThunderMax. Or how to profit from a fad…

I just poured some correction fluid into my master cylinder. Much cheaper!

Big wheels up front don’t change speedometer readings, HD takes that from the transmission

Abs uses wheel speed sensors, it will function properly and generate trouble codes it not corrected.
