Made In America. What Does It Mean? A bill to amend the California law governing “Made in U.S.A.” labeling was approved by an assembly committee and is now on the floor of the assembly for a vote by all members. Under current law, the standard in California for designating products as “Made in U.S.A.” is different and more onerous than the standard established by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC allows manufacturers to display the “Made in U.S.A.” designation on products that are “all or virtually all” made in the United States. California has put in place a different standard requiring the product and all its subcomponents to be entirely or substantially produced in the U.S. in order to be labeled as “Made in U.S.A.” This bill would resolve this discrepancy.

Wisconsin Assembly Passes Bill Legalizing Colored Motorcycle Lights. Current Wisconsin law (and in most US States) prohibits operating a motor vehicle with lights other than white or amber in front and red in the rear. Colored lights on motorcycles would be legal under a bill the state Assembly has passed. The bill’s Assembly sponsor, Republican John Jagler of Watertown, says colored LED lights are becoming more popular on motorcycles. Under the bill, people could equip their motorcycles with any color lights aside blue as long as they don’t flash or rotate. The Bill goes next to the Wisconsin Senate.

I thought Ace Orlando was suppose to be open last year? Are they in financial trouble or something? Just wondering!

Last year they announce their building plans, not the opening. They restore 3 downtown buildings. More time consuming than building from scratch? Possible.
