One scene steals the show in a film that is overloaded with special effects and robotic action.
Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow drops from Iron Man’s jet onboard the all-electric Harley-Davidson LiveWire and hits the ground running, careening through South Korean traffic, drifting through turns and speeding up staircases.
“We did things with that bike that even Harley thought they couldn’t do,” said stunt coordinator Greg Powell, who was tasked with choreographing the scene dreamed up by Avengers director and writer Joss.
The LiveWire riding stunts are performed by 22-year-old Johansson’s 22-year-old double Sarah Vignot of France. Go to see the movie (in theaters since yesterday May 1st), at least to see her performed wheelies, stoppies, wheel spins and drifting. This young girl is more than very, very good. She’s fantastic.
Excellent “product placement”
RE:
“… drifting through turns …”
OK you’ve got my attention.

I like the scene where she picks up Captain America’s shield from the road while riding the bike and says “I’m always picking up after you guys”.
Good movie. Well worth the admission price if you’re into the superhero genre.
I was wondering who was doing the stunt riding. Yes. She is very good.
It would be excellent product placement if I could buy the product. Hopefully soon.
good car service
BobS: I heard HD will go into production with these as soon as battery longevity issues are worked out. Smart of HD to get ahead of the curve on E-Bikes (Electric Bikes) since they are definitely in our future whether we like it or not.
Boomer, Smart of HD to get ahead of the curve on E-Bikes ?
Saw the movie on Monday
Like Boomer says Great Flick, if you’re into the genre
The Black Widow stunt double is amazing, one of the better parts of the film !!!!
Only thing that could’ve made it better was the sound of the V-Twin Rumble !!!
Still, it did not make a believer out of me, still don;t like the thought of e-bikes
