Unique Thirty. Winner Of The 2015 Middle East Biker Build-Off.

1Engels-SchmiedeBBO2Engels-SchmiedeBBO3Engels-SchmiedeBBO4Engels-SchmiedeBBO5Engels-SchmiedeBBOYoung German builder Florian Engel went beyond crazy (it’s a compliment) while building this machine during the 2015 Middle East Build-Off. With little money, a lot of help from sponsors, a lot of courage and the ability to work 18 hours a day because anyway sleeping is lost time (remember it was a BBO), he was able to produce this massive amount of metal work and to add to it crazy electronics that work! (for ex. bike starts while touching a dash screen) Think what you want of this HD Twin Cam B contraption, 30“ front 20” rear wheeler, but I can tell you that when you are so young and passionate you end up as being able to make a living as a professional Custom Builder. Watch this guy in the coming years. Photography @ Frank Sander for Cyril Huze.

Ouch ! Hopefully this thing comes with at least five years worth of pre-paid Chiropractor visits to who ever its sold to . Eeesh … my back and knees hurt just looking at the thing . Can’t say my eyes are feeling any too good either .. wink wink ..

FUGLY…………… Really, good luck trying to sell it because this is just a show bike and the seat is a JOKE.

Great job for someone so young. He has a future in this business if he wants it. Very unique. Lots of cool features like the touch screen to start.

Yes. The riding position isn’t for long distance but that’s not what this bike is all about.

Lot of hard work for the result. That thing is going to look good in some rich guy’s garage parked next to his big wheel bagger.

I try to adhere to the adage that “if you don’t have anything good to say, don’y at anything at all”. With all of the “unusual” designs/builds recently showing up here, it’s becoming VERY difficult to keep my mouth shut.

Boomer …Hmmmmm … the riding position isn’t for much of anything unless of course Spanish Inquisition style torture is your thing .

As to you Richard ? I admire the thought … but unfortunately in this day and age an honest and forthright opinion be it positive or negative needs to be expressed . Fact is in this age of everyone deserves a medal .. political correctness .. everybody’s an Artist/Genius a good solid thrashing is most definitely what is deserved when valid and appropriate . So go ahead … let loose .. if nothing else do it in memory of Robert Hughes [ art critic – motorcyclist extraordinaire ] he sure as heck would of !

I wish I had the talent and skills to create a ride like this. All he needs is someone to guide him in the right direction. ..Z

“Talent is the fruit of a learning journey.”

No one is too young or too old to start.
And only a laziness, stupidity, or TV can impede it.

    Its why God made night-school.
Life is full of choices & opportunities.
(buy a book -vs- buy a beer… your choice)

I painted the Bike and designed/scetched the Bike with him … and he don´t think to ride it for more than 1000 Miles in one Day…… thats a Custombike ,designed for a cool Show 😉 sure ,an E-GLide is more comfortable … but he don´t care :-))))

Awesome job. I love the concept and look. Don’t ever let the big wheel crowd change who you are or what you think of your ideas. Good job son, Warrior, 45 years choppin
