Use this handy 12-volt port to charge and power a cell phone, GPS, portable music player or tire inflator.

The durable and attractive cast housing features a conventional-style power outlet that accepts most 12-volt automotive power adapter plugs and a pop-top cover to protect the port while not in use.

The power cable features a sealed-plug designed to connect directly to the motorcycle accessory power socket of these Harley-Davidson models: 2015-later Street®, 2014-later Sportster®, 2012-later Dyna®, 2011-later Softail®, and 2014-later Road King® with either a 1-inch or 7/8-inch diameter handlebar.

A similar Handlebar Mount Auxiliary Power Port (P/N 69200885 Chrome, P/N 69200854 Black; $89.95) is available to fit Harley-Davidson models with a 1.25-inch handlebar.     NIce to see the engineers burning the midnight oil….. Next, the entire styling dept will be enlisted to develop the all-black model for $119.95…..

    Bought all the parts I needed to do this on eBay for under $10, including shipping…doesn’t say Hardley on it, but it doesn’t cost 10x as much as it should….AND it has a compass included….and a USB port!

    My ’87 FLHTC has that lighter socket conveniently located near the top of the inner fairing. Why they ever moved it down to the left side below the tank is beyond me! So they could sell you a hundred dollar accessory?
