Much better than Harley, but too much distraction for me on the road.
I have a 2015 roadglide spec. all this stuff is all right but just a radio is just fine the gps is fine if you do a lot of traveling but most of the time its just a distraction. If they get any crazier with this stuff and start being able to download movies on your phone witch you may be able to do now I don’t know if you can and would”nt anyway.I wish the 2 companies would build a bike you buy new and do not have to plan on taking back for recalls.I like my 1997 roadking better call me nuts.
No satellite radio hookup yet ,but I’m betting it’s on the horizon
Well Polaris, why is this option not on the Victory Baggers?
Highrider: If it’s well received it’s possible a after market version may become available at some point I imagine. Given that these systems are expensive though I don’t know if Polaris will make it standard anytime soon seeing as how Victory is more of a value focused band than Indian.
Matt W. The aftermarket already offers versions of these for the Victory baggers. For my .02 dollar I’d rather see Victory do motor, brakes, suspension upgrades than invest in having two brands going after the same buyer. The reason a lot of us went Victory to begin with was because it’s a better ride, not a more farkled one. That’s the heritage Victory should build.
“If you press and hold the middle button, you can enjoy the ride.” Yes, this was said in the video. It is the money quote.
I hope 99% of the functions on this thing can only be accessed when the bike is stationary. Otherwise, bad stuff is going to happen.
The system is amazing, but is also a good example of the old rule that say just because you can do something, doesn’t mean it should be done.
In car you see scenery
in a convertible you enjoy the scenery a lil more with better sight lines
on a bike your senses let you be a part of the scenery……..
so to me, do you really need any of these gadgets ???
What next Buffalo warning system for the wild life loop??
The 1 thing that the Ultras had over the Roadmaster / Chieftains has just ben addressed !!!
if I had any doubts, i don’t have any, now !!
I’ll be signing up for one in the not too distant future when they hit the showroom
Or should I wait to see what the discounts are going to be on the 2016 & earlier models
As stated before, some of that tech can be made up in the aftermarket
Just desire to say your article is as amazing. The clarity for your put up
