Milwaukee-based Harley-Davidson Inc. is suing Los Angeles-based Forever 21 for trademark infringement after the retailer allegedly sold motorcycle-style jackets with a counterfeit of Harley’s iconic bar and shield logo. The suit argues that Forever 21 used the logo “in unauthorized way that falsely suggest and are likely to create the mistaken impression that Forever 21 and/or Forever 21’s products came from Harley or are authorized, approved, and/or licensed by Harley when they are not. Harley began using the bar-and-shield logo on its products in 1903, has placed the logo on apparel since 1915, and has manufactured embroidered patches bearing the Harley-Davidson name since 1977

they obviously stole the design, not even any doubt
That’s hilarious. Who is dumb enough to have ok’ed that design?lol
look at the details, It is not even remotely close to it. Regarding the Bar and Shield. It may look like it, but no way. Even the font
This is the same BS that Monster Cable has been doing.
I would sue too for that BS because people are stupid enough to confuse the two from far away
Who ever designed that would of recognised the close visual similarity.
Wonder if it was some advertising consultant who got payed plenty lol
There is always the way of thinking that if the company using it is not an opposition company but pays a small royalty it just broadens the exposure and flattery is actualy a good form of acceptance and exposure.
Corporatism = communisin in that they are tyranical and controling
Pretty safe bet that whoever authorized this to be on clothing is Chinese and could care less about violating our laws! They will just pull it and sell it over seas.
Harley needs to sue them. Forever thieves would be a better name for the company.
H-D does not Play, one bit. They are unforgiving when it comes to their good name.and it is that!
I would hope so. That doesn’t even pass the laugh test when it comes to trademark infringement.
