Following Britain’s Brexit vote, the sterling pound got heavily depreciated against the US dollar, making their products (sidecars and trailers) much cheaper for the American and Canadian buyer.
Time for you outside the UK to take advantage of this political event…I just relayed their message and take this opportunity to show you how their sidecars are made.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve begun to wonder about my options…a smaller bike, a trike or a side car??? Any pro and cons out there?
Wow I thought they were gone decades ago, because Britain was in tough times after WW2 (stil had food rashioning years after the war stopped to help feed the previously occupied Europe) they had motor spirits (petrol) rationing and many just put a sidecar on the Motorcycle to haul the family around. I imagine that would of been peak sales for sidecars.
I had a sidecar on a 51 Thunderbird for many years there is quite a different set of rules to ride by.

Trikes – Two in front or two in back . Beyond a doubt they are both safer and easier to ride . But beyond a doubt they also label you either as a frightened nerd unwilling to deal with issues of balance ( two in front ) or as an old man/woman to be spotted a mile away ( two in back ) /// Sidecars – A bit less safe than trikes . A harder learning curve to ride properly [ though unlike trikes there are many programs across the US that teach sidecar riding skills ] But beyond a doubt a whole ( censored ) a lot cooler . And the one option that is guaranteed to bring a smile on the face of everyone from bearded Hipsters , to 1%ers , to serious motorcyclist , and right on down to those of us aging gracefully albeit not gently into the night
Suffice it to say after riding all three/ exploring the options/ doing the research / not to mention coming to grips with what puts the biggest smile on my face [ the only opinion in the end that matters ] as well as the one that has garnered full WAF [ wife approval factor ] and the one that takes up the least amount of space in the garage . I’ll be going SideCar . Hands down
I’ve owned a Dozen H-D Servi-Cars, & had an Original H-D Sidecar on my Rigid Frame 1950 Panhead!, lots of Fun in the late 60’s/early 70’s, in my late teens/early 20’s! Now at 67, I’ll be going Slingshot or Stallion ! The Stallion has Heat & A/C! Take a Demo Ride, you might be surprised!
