On March 12,, from 10 am till 6 pm, owners of pre-1977 vintage and classic motorcycles will meet at the “True Grit” event.
Created by Warren Lane with the complicity and support of Bill Dodge, Billy Lane and Dan “Bacon” Carr, the event, whose format is informal by choice, is all about old iron, showing it and talking about it.
Not a day to compete for gold colored plastic trophies, but a day to learn more about motorcycle history and to cultivate camaraderie.
Arrive on your Scoot around 10.00 am (due to heavy traffic bikes on trailers must arrive prior to 10 am) at the covered Pavilion of Destination Daytona.
Address is 1637 North Highway US1 Ormond Beach, FL 32174.

Saw the exhibition 2 years ago. Going this year. Great bikes, great people sharing the same love.
Do we need to register somewhere or we just show up?
Shit! I arrive in Daytona on Tuesday.
Does a 1977 Harley XLCR qualify…?
Allan. Yes.
I am sure there is a good reason for it but why Pre 77 ?
I always think pre 84 before Evo and the new Triumphs
James, I’ve been wondering the same thing!
40 yrs old I guess, 80 inchers will be allowed next year only for biketobetfest because they were only a half year bike
