Biker’s Gear Malfunctions Resolved

Leather jackets, pants and boots are most commonly worn when parading the streets. With these biker life essentials, sometimes there are malfunctions with the zippers. The Fix N Zip is a smart way for instantly fixing the zipper present on all your gear. The brand even has a partnership with a few Harley Davidson dealerships around the U.S as the Fix N Zip is catching the eye of many bike enthusiasts.

It’s a new way to solve that annoying problem with effortless zipper repair without needles, threads and tools. The Fix N Zip slides over any broken zipper and instantly replaces it as a new zipper. The FixnZip comes in three sizes:  small, medium and large.

Its design enables each to fit a range of sizes as well as universally apply to teeth or coil zippers, metal or plastic. It is reusable and can be taken off one item and used for another. The slider parts are made of nickel plated zinc die cast and the spring and thumbscrew of stainless steel. Available for purchase at Fix N Zip with prices starting at $9.99.

Malfunction should only happen on pretty women.

I have never once, nor will I ever, “parade the street”. That may be the lamest thing I’ve ever heard.

Come on Johny Speed, the tough biker. It’s just an expression.

Even better tell the leather Jacket manufacturers to stop using cheap chinese zips.
Just did 3 of mine on one jacket and a friend sent me a jacket to have his to have done.
I have them replaced with a New Zealand zip YYK , I am sure there will be high quality USA made zips available.
American jackets made in Third World countries with Chinese components. It’s Effing annoying.

Drake – I have never once in my life claimed to be tough or a biker. I’m just a guy who likes to ride motorcycles. Not parade on them.

I just wonder, “Would a real biker use whitening strips on the teeth of his motorcycle jacket?”

Seems like a good idea to me

I can understand why Harley is interested in these. The zippers on their “Authentic Harley-Davidson” jackets made in China are junk.

Oh my gosh who writes these add parading in the streets in their jacket and boots.

For those complaining about Chinese junk, why not buy a Brooks…Made in USA since 1959 with US made (Marietta, GA) YKK zips. Brooks also has a 5 year warranty and complete repair service. It’s your flag…wear it!

Are we talking zippers or zipper pulls? If the zipper teeth break or the zipper pulls away from the fabric then I don’t see how this helps. If it replaces a broker zipper pull, that’s cool; but a key ring or leather string can do that, too.

Yup. I, too, recently replaced that stupid plastic zipper on my five year old jacket with a nice, brass, metal one. Fixing a plastic one is just kicking the can down the road a bit.
