    Looks to me like it has an allen head, not a hex head.

    Not very fashionable, but I guess it gets the job done.

    1/4-20 shouldered bolt with jamb nut did it for me to get above a luggage rack, but not near as pretty

    I purchased this for my 2016 Tri Glide Ultra. If you have ever tried to reach the battery under the seat or remove your seat for any reason, you know the the stock 1/4-20 button head screw is extremely difficult to reach with an extended tool and magnet.

    The tour pack seat curtain and the tall seat hides the view very well and the bolt works well, yes, even though not all that attractive
