Lonely Fucker Chopper

Good design is about creating objects and machines that stand the test of time, The Chopper design is one of the few ones having acquired a very unique sense of timelessness. In a softening motorcycle environment, can the Chopper design produced at a reasonable price works wonders to attract young new bikers? Don’t know the definitive answer, but just observing that quite a few belonging to the 90’s born generation like to build them to get around in a fun, fashionable and relative cheap way.

Marcos Vazquez, from 2004-born custom shop Free Kustom Cycles is also the exclusive distributor for Spain of all Mooneyes custom accessories. On the building side he works alone with the help of after-hours friends, his preferences being to tinker with American Choppers and Bobbers, on European Cafe Racers and all bikes featuring the characteristic Japanese touch. Each year, his collaboration with Mooneyes gives him the status of Honor Guest at the famous and excellent Japanese Yokohama Bike Show where he is responsible for creating a handcrafted trophy and where, of course, he gets as much inspiration as possible from builders from other the world.

Back to “The “Lonely Fucker” Chopper, Marcos explained to me that the donor bike is a Ness style bike that he bought 12 years ago from an individual in his country, and that he din’t really like to look at or ride it… It’s under the pressure of 2 of his brothers that the makeover got started with for objective to be ready for exhibiting the new bike at another great annual bike event, the “Art & Wheels” show in Switzerland.

Although 60’s style, this Chopper is powered, of course for economy reason, by an Evo motor, the only preserved original Harley part on this project. All others are one-off or after-market catalog parts.

As you see it “Lonely Fucker” features all Chopper’s basic gimmicks. An extended 42-degree rake via a modified girder front end (work of Miquel at Unitat Metrica), a Frisco mounted peanut gas tank, a very unusual and visually interesting sissy bar, a one-off exhaust system using Panhead mufflers, a hand-made seat pan with hidden mounting system, a leather upholstered seat by Ivan Bartolacci from Calavera Leather. Marcus’s third brother Kilian from Pic-Astudio, executed “Lonely Fucker Chopper’s” paint job.

You can not deny that the sissy bar and seat are true stands outs. Seldom do you see something new in thing component’s (the sissy bar) design.

Hate the name . Love the bike . The epitome of a classic 70’s chopper with just enough ‘ modern ‘ the make it a better ride . Which is after all the whole point . Riding it .

Please avoid, vulgar, hateful language. Where have I heard this before? I guess the F word is now mainstream for certain people.

  13. 13 Davis Sep 18th, 2017 at 2:02 pm

Hard to trust people that won’t drink or use the word fuck.

  14. 14 Batterycap Sep 18th, 2017 at 2:25 pm

The folks I hear using the word “fucker” most all seem to be longing for the days when they could.

Keep in mind, the bike is a “Lonely Fukcer”. What its means – I don’t know, except that one extraordinary bike builder can’t spell .

  15. 15 InsideLine Sep 18th, 2017 at 3:24 pm

Using the ‘ F ‘ in context and when appropriate ( or if you’re from NJ ) I have no problem with . But using it in order to prove to others how bad , hip , cool or how ‘ ironic ‘ you wish you were ? Pure unadulterated suburban urban pretentious hipster wanna be bs verging on pathetic .

PS; Batterycap . re; The spelling My guess is that junior’s trying to convince us that he is as ironic and hip(star) as he’s convinced himself that he is . My advice to him being . Stick to what you know son . Building fine 70’s era custom choppers . Cause ya aint hip in the slightest . 😎

Very cool looking Chopper, love everything about it except that it has a swing arm and isn’t a rigid, but he did a great job almost hiding that fact. Had me fool at first glance.

If you check out their website you can see they have fun naming a lot of their creations. Just brush up on your Spanish first.

Simply a really nice motorcycle! And, very rideable, I’m sure.

Also, welcome to all the visitors and spouses from the WCTU.

Very creative design , as far as braking goes.
Must be “built to go, not stop.”
    Groovy, man.

Am I blind or is there not a front brake?

  24. 24 Mike Hubbard Sep 19th, 2017 at 5:05 pm

    What part is “Ness type”?

  25. 25 Xenu Sep 19th, 2017 at 5:53 pm

Nice work Marcos ignore the half dead rebels of yesteryear. I laughed when I read the translation

FUKCER: The highest form of the word “Chutia” (FUKCER in Urdu). Also meaning someone who is very lame and ugly.

  27. 27 Boomer Sep 20th, 2017 at 8:01 am

No mirror, license plate holder, or tail light? It would look better if the cross member above the front head was removed and the frame gusseted in a more visually pleasing way IMHO.

I like the bike overall; softail and Evo engine included. The Evo is the best engine HD ever produced IMHO. The Twin Cam was the worst. Who builds an engine to fail?

    Thanx a lot for all your words ! It’s called F\_/KCer cause I’ve a clothing brand called F\_/KC too…
And if you see my logo, it’s a apehanger handlebar with the capital letters of my business..
