Indian Army World Record

The Indian Army set a world record by carrying 58 men on a single bike. Members rode a 500 cc Royal Enfield motorcycle for a distance of 1,200 meters to make this new world record. The ‘Tornadoes’ broke the previous record of 56 men set in 2010 by the Army Signal Corps (Daredevils) from the Indian Army.

When was the last time these guys fought a war? I’m sure the could buy some of our old deuce and a half’s to get the army farther than that cycle!

I wonder what the combined weight is of the 58 “men” — looks more like boys, horse Jockeys or midgets. Also wonder how far they exceeded the load limits of the tires?

Oh Hell…down here in the south some of the boys just drink ’em pretty ’bout 2 am and put a bigger load on our bikes than these guys.

Back in the 70’s my personal record was five on my 350 Honda.
I think this is freakin’ cool!

P.S. that ride equals 13 Football Fields & I still have never saw more than 1 Royal Enfield on the road and that includes 15 years of attending Daytona. I am also have never went or was ever invited to any Enfield rally’s.
