Valerie Thompson Going To Australia With Team 7 Racing To Become The World’s Fastest Motorcycle Racer

It’s official! Racer Valerie Thompson with Team 7 Racing are heading to Australia to continue her quest to become the world’s fastest on motorcycle at the 28th Annual Speed Week competition at Lake Gairdner in Southern Australia March 12–19, 2018.

Often referred to as “America’s Queen of Speed”, she has earned the famed “Red Hat” in the Bonneville 200 MPH Club, and is a member of the prestigious Bonneville BUB Speed Trial 201 MPH Club. Valerie has also earned her place in the Mojave Magnum 200 MPH Club, the ECTA 200 MPH Club, the Texas Mile 200 MPH Club and the Colorado Mile, including a personal best of 217.7 MPH (350.53 KM/H) on a BMW S 1000 RR at the Texas Mile in 2014  .(photo @ Scooter Shooters)
