The nimble Sportster® remains one of the favorite for ladies looking for an easy and fun ride. A good rear suspension travel, a low comfortable seat and easy-reach handlebars in a small package give them the confidence they need. And when men gift a bike to their significant other, chances are that one of the Sportster models will be at the top of the list. His name is Max Brun. Her name is Verde Visconti di Modrone, And the builder in charge of gift personalizing is Roberto Rossi from Harley-Davidson® Mantova, Italy.
Starting from a 2007 model year Sportster, Rossi performed a clean job, first replacing the factory gas tank by a new handcrafted one from aluminum with fuel pump inside, then by replacing the front fender by a modified Norton Manx fender and the rear one by the better looking Sportster Forty Eight version. For a better stance, the front end received a lowering kit. The stock handlebars were replaced with Super-bars. The air cleaner is a Joker unit and the exhaust mufflers are hand crafted in Roberto’s workshop. And if you wonder, the small dog paws on the tank are those of Fermo, Verde’s puppy. No radical modifications. Ladies hate complications…especially while on the road. Roberto Rossi Montova.
