The Lone Star Rally in Galveston, Texas is gearing up for this Thursday November 4th to Sunday 7th. In addition to the usual and unusual entertainment, bike shows and a special celebration of the past & present military, a must stop by and see will be the Michael Lichter Photography Exhibition. At the invitation of the rally promoters world renown biker lifestyle photographer Mike Lichter is bringing to Galveston the best of his art, 55-framed photographs from the acclaimed “Eternal Combustion Exhibition” during Sturgis 2010.
Michael Lichter will have a gallery at 2215 Strand Street, Galveston, TX near Saengerfest Park, the epicenter of the rally. Exhibition will be open to the public Thursday through Sunday (Nov 4-7) until 11:00 pm. Fans of Michael’s art will be able to meet with him 3 times daily (11:30 am-12:30 pm, 2:30-3:30 pm and 7:30–8:30 pm) to exchange stories about the photos and answer your questions. The photographs will be for sale and when Michael is not present, Emily Marshall will be available to help visitors. And of course you will also see Michael covering the rally. If you are not in Galveston this week, Michael Lichter is bringing his display to the 2 remaining Easyriders Fall Bike Shows in Louisville, KY ( Nov. 13) then Atlanta, GA ( Nov. 20).
