Illusion Motorcycles is introducing a Street Fighter style quarter fairing for Dynas. Designed specifically for Dual Headlight models, this fairing provides a sleek sinister look while deflecting air flow from the bar area up. The fairing is precision fabricated for a straightforward installation using factory Harley-Davidson brackets.
Currently available exclusively from Illusion Motorcycles, it is offered “raw”, ready for your preparation and paint for just $260.00 or painted with brackets for $550.00. If you choose to order yours in the raw format, the high quality mounting brackets used by Illusion are readily available from any Harley Davidson dealer. And yes, other colors can be custom matched. For complete details call direct to 714-894-1942 or visit Illusion Motorcycles. Dealer inquiries welcome.
Where to begin…….It looks like Johnny 5 the robot from short circuit.
Looks like one of those goofy helmets bicyclists wear or the helmets the gorillas wore in the Mark Wahlberg version of Planet of the Apes.
They need to make one for my Triumph
Why are visions of Dan Aykroyd and Jane Curtin on SNL dancing through my mind? Oh yea, can you say Coneheads?
It will appeal to those folks who enjoy beclowning themselves while riding there Streetfighter.
Having the bars up in the air stream defeats the purpose of the fairing completely.
McGillicutty, that’s exactly what I was thinking! Haha. I am Beldar.
RE:
“…Street Fighter …”
In what sense….???
It certainly doesn’t say “performance-fast”….. to me anyway.
-nicker-
Posh Sons of Anarchy style fairing for the weekend badass surely???
It is really starting to look like manufactures should use this blog for product evaluation before taking a product into production. They would save a lot of time and money. Could start a whole new way to bring a product to market. Tough crowd to please though.
The motorcycle “cruiser” segment is now a bona fide member of the fashion indistry – here fads come and go faster (no pun intended) than a pair of jeans can fade (ie get to the washing machine for the first wash).
This fad to shall pass, but then again it will be back at some point, so keep all your (fashion) accessories for they will have many (passing) lives on the boulevard – none really particularly functional, but that has never been remotely the key requirement…
I’m tired of these SOA accessories. Good lord, I don’t want to be a 1%. Just give me something better to put on my bike than this.
If you are going to the trouble and expense to market a product, you really should hire a photographer capable of achieving a more flattering angle… by the way, if you are going to use photoshop to try to enhance your bad photo, don’t chop off a turn signal.
It’s not a product I would necessarily use or recommend, but they could have tried harder to make it not look like an alien head.
Must be a california thing….. or maybe for the wknd hipsters. The 1%’ers here in Bama dont usually go for that look.
Wow that’s ugly….
Good catch, Dave, UNLESS it’s a NASCAR model, and only has to turn left 😉
+1 martin Twofeather…DAMN THAT THINGS UGLY!
ugly
Glad I’m not alone! Yea better photo would do better to show case product. Not a fan of this type of fairing looks ok on a early 70’s Honda cafe racer.
