Heavy presence of American vendors at the 2013 Custom Chrome Show in Mainz, Germany. Although vendors are still setting up at the time of this writing (CCE Dealer Show starts tomorrow Saturday March 23), let me introduce you to the new products that Paughco is going to introduce to the European dealers on Saturday and public on Sunday.

Hmmmm.. lets see here.. A large arts company comes to you to manufacture tanks designed by another HUGE name in the Bike bizz, where royalties are agreed upon and being paid out to the rightful group. And in turn you take the design, make it on your own , even put the initials of the original designer in the part number and pass it off as your own? Right… thats how its done isnt it? when you try to be slick ? But all the while its just another lazy attempt boiled in with a back stab.. Great to see honor still exists in the biker community .. Paughco… unreal.. I think a little more research should have been done before it was even posted here.. But I guess integrity is of short order these days.. sad.
So whats the deal are these Indian Larry gas tanks or just a rip off of Larry’s design?
Hey, guys. As far as I know, Indian Larry (owner is Seeger) sold the Larry design to Paughco because the new Indian Larry doesn’t, is unable to manufacture anything.
That’s funny because they had a simular tank on a fuel injected sportster at the Javits center in January before yours came out they have pics on there Facebook page
I have known Ron Paugh and done business with his company since 1973. He has always been straight up & providing high quality American made products. I look forward to using many more fine products from Paughco.
Patrick, we never sold the Indian Larry dished tank design to Paughco. The dished tank was designed by Larry and made by Paughco for Custom Chrome. Larry never got a design patent for the dished tank. Paughco has decided to manufacture and sell the dished tank under their own name and not pay royalties for it.
The odd thing is its still labeled as an “IL” part # we have conveniently been cut out of collecting any $ from it.
Patrick, get your facts straight before you end up looking even more foolish… you couldnt be more wrong..
MAYBE THE MOTORCYCLE is cg animated? cause i guess they dont make anything? Larry didnt have a factory …. so must be all those bikes he built arent real?
