It was expected to see aftermarket vendors coming up very fast with new parts and accessories to customize the new Indian Chiefs launched only 3 months ago. For seats, Corbin appears to be the first company to do so with a new Dual Saddle offered in several options for setup and finish. As Corbin always do it on most of its seats, the seating area has been maximized, positioning the rider bucket in the sweet spot to offer the best possible ergonomics and long range comfort. Sculpted seating platforms conform to the shape of your body to give more square inches of even support and eliminate hot spots and pressure on your tailbone.
Neutralized seating platform helps to hold your body in place and curbs sliding in the saddle. This also helps to relieve rider fatigue by taking pressure off your wrists and knees. Corbin uses its exclusive Comfort Cell foam material on the inside provides a firm, resilient ride that supports your body indefinitely. Over time, Comfort Cell will break in and adapt to provide a personalized fit to your body. Regarding bucket shaping, the seat provides over 6” of support to your lower back with the front of the saddle narrower to allow for ground reach.
The Corbin Dual Touring saddle accepts an adjustable backrest in both the rider and passenger seating areas. Corbin backrests install and remove easily with a single bolt and adjust to provide a tailored fit to rider posture, up and down and fore and aft. Backrest is covered with genuine leather to match your saddle and built up with Comfort Cell foam for long lasting comfort
Corbin’s Dual Tour has the option of electric seat heaters in both the rider and passenger seating positions. Both the rider and passenger areas are controlled independently via conveniently located switches in the left side panels. The seat can plug directly into wiring that exists on the motorcycle, but this method allows the heater to run with the ignition off. Instead Corbin recommends the use of their supplied wiring pigtail that integrates with the OEM fusebox to take advantage of switched power. Installation is simple and complete instructions are included.
The Dual Touring saddle is offered in standard natural grain black leather or in a special distressed tan leather to coordinate with Indian genuine accessories. Tasteful color coordinated welt and genuine leather fringe to keep with the design of the Indian’s OEM components. Corbin Seats.
Nice. All Indian Chief owners will want one.
Beautiful Bike.. but… man .. the stitching design … . just ain’t working for me
This hard bag Chief is growing on me. But in black.
Well done custom seat. I dig the decorative stitching but kinda wish it was a little more tonal.
Peter , since the top end of the motor looks like a Wart then growing on you is the proper terminology!!
Corbin has taken the red skin philosophy to its logical conclusion with this heated seat.Corbin +.

Looked like a Pimps motorcycle
Only my humble opinion !
James just another crazy Kiwi,What if the rider is a tough-guy cowboy gay pimp Indian who lives in a village? Huggy-bears half brother maybe? Makes sense to me.

Nice seat NOW just give it a sleeker narrower streamlined look 🙂
When you order a Corbin seat you can get the stitching in different patterns. I think it looks great and I would buy one if I had a new chief.
Perfect, a match made in heaven!
…..for the fugly parade.
Peter Davenport,
DITTO..! I wish La Pera would get in an the act.
A definite improvement over the factory seat
I agree with Rick Lossner…love the seat, but hate the decorative stitching. Might look better if it matched the seat color, imho.
There used to be a Tee Shirt…….
It’s not a F***kin fashion show
Hands up who remembers that one..
Terence whatever your on please remember to share
Speaking of fashion shows, as a Red neck liberal hippie biker I was reading Vanity Fair.
Thats a magazine guys thats usualy in the womens section. ( don’t ask)
In there was an add for Matchlesslondon.com which is a gasp……a bloody clothing store
But they claim to have been around since 1899.
So guess that makes them older than most motorcycle companies remembering that manufacturing is not needed to claim such things.
I think we have become trendy again
That must be the fourth time in my life.
What a strange place we dwell Hobbits.
Don’t worry 1550 tc That seat you are talking about is the Gun Fighter. There will be a Corbin Model and you Dudes that don’t like the stitching, wait you will be able to get it many ways and many colors and Mike Corbin you are a great Represenative of the “Good Guys” in the Motorcycle Business,,,,,,,,,period…
love the color but don’t like the seat.
I have a14 vintage and my wife and I cannot imagine the seat needing it be replaced. I also have bums saddle on my rt and I think the stock Indian is as comfy
