I’ve owned a Drifter and unfortunately the pictures do not convey just how gigantic that thing looks when sitting on your head. I felt like a the Great Gazoo, or like I was wearing a huge mushroom on my head. It that works for you, then great. I just wanted to mention this as none of these helmet manufacturers honestly show this in their pictures.
Nice to hear the truth spoken once and awhile….. just to reinforce the fact that not everyone is brain-dead to the “undisclosed” – and at least zombie has risen from the dead-asleep to warn us
Thanks from the “new silent majority”.
I got a Pit Boss that I bought with my own $$$$ (not a Press Demo)
Love the speed dial system & it makes for a damn good fit
Better than any other helmet I’ve ever found.
So it was $$ well spent. not a big fan of helmets in general & where I live
is rider’s choice in the 3 states surrounding me.
But when I have to ride around this great country of ours & I do hit a “helmet state”
it’s nice to know I’ve got one that fits & has a modicum of style
I have sold lots of Pit Boss helmets and they fit great and everyone loves them. I tried a few Drifters and they had a terrible fit so I never sold anymore. I have heard they are redesigned to fit better now.
