Over 1000 died in Afghanistan, over 4000 in Iraq. 58,000 in Vietnam, 33,000 in Korea. Plus how many others that gave everything in service to country outside of identified conflicts? I don’t know what to say, I don’t even know what to think. I’m most certainly grateful, but just as certainly not happy. I don’t feel like celebrating, this doesn’t feel like a holiday. Those men and women who made that sacrifice did so for my freedom, was it worth it? Would I be less free had those sacrifices not been made? I can’t help but feel like I am not doing as good a job protecting those who protect me are doing. I’m wishing the sacrifices made of those who serve could be better honored and I’m thinking that reassesing what “interests” are worht sending them to war for and which are not is a good place to start.
Remember To Salute The Troops!

Boss Hawg
I’d like to thank all of the men and women who protect our freedom in our country. God Bless All.
Freedom is expensive, thank you Armed Forces Members!
