“To achieve this level of growth and trust from riders means a great deal to us, especially as we approach our 40th anniversary,” said Zach Parham, Vice President of Merchandising of J&P Cycles and son of J&P Cycles founder John Parham who passed away in April.
We could not have achieved this milestone without our customers’ loyalty and our team’s tireless commitment.”

My last dealing with them experience was real bad. They lied to me about a part being in stock, then continued to tell me it was in its way. I needed the part then, not later. Would not recommend to a friend.
A buddy of mine has ordered thousands of dollars’ worth of aftermarket stuff from J&P. He stayed with them, so they must have done right by him. I never would have customized my bike like he did, but to each his own, and the aftermarket caters to all tastes.
Internet. Destroying legitimate brick and mortar shops one at a time.
The numbers speak for themselves. I’ve ordered from them for many years, with only a couple less than perfect transactions.
Mikea, I’m not going going to assume that you “lied” in your post. I will, however, consider the possibility that you might be “mistaken”.
I’ve never heard of a vendor that doesn’t have a few customers out there with bad experiences.
I`ve been a member gold club and i had have all good deals with J&P cycles 3 years gold club can `t say any bad things all good
I have to say that I have bought from J&P quite a bit over the years and also joined the gold club. My experiences are all good to excellent! I have had to wait a couple of times for parts ordered, but J&P were helpful in assuring me the the parts were on the way and I did receive them as promised. Other times I was presently surprised how quickly the parts arrived to my residence! Good experiences! I have recommended J&P to friends and will continue to as I do not have a shop close to me any more.
Sorry to hear about John´s passing, good man, as I have met him several times over the years, before the parts warehouse, when he was sponsoring swap meets and later at the museum in Iowa. God Bless.
