Interesting grips. But what happen when you squeeze your grips because of bumps, acceleration, braking, etc.?
I just saw these grips installed on one of Dennis “D-Man” Vazquez fabrications (The Dragon Busa) and believe me while they help you clean up the appearance of you bars, they perform very well. You really have to watch the demo videos on how they operate to understand the concept behind it and you will be amaze how many components and accessories you can control with it. They are going into my bike ASAP.
I may try a set on a new build.
The GRIP ACE is set up to where your fingers don’t touch any switches until you slightly raise a finger and push the switches. Once you use the GRIP ACE on your custom or stock bike you will say that it’s a no brainer. Also all true custom builders when we rider by the cops with no switches on our handle bars all we have to do is give them the middle finger and we will be telling them to cancel this. Saying that the middle finger is the cancel switches for my custom self canceling turn signals that are better and safer than the old outdated original equipment. They make of the GRIP ACE can also put the switches in your own billet grips. This is to wild!
I am in the middle of a build right now that i plan to win some awards with. I bought a bike that was previously a show piece and am completely redoing it. As I also want to ride it on the street and win awards at the same time, the Grip Ace was a complete no brainer for me. In order to put stock switches back on the bike i would have laid out $450. To have the chrome covers and braided wires would have cost a couple more. My mail just brought me this piece of custom heaven and i will be drilling holes through my hadle bars to hide the wiring. With my custom brakes and twist grip clutch their wont be anything on my handle bars for the shows, but i am completely legal for the ride home. If your on the fence, trust me this is a product that will NOT let you down. I gotta say this is the single coolest piece of custom bling i have ever seen. The bike is looking mean and with this its also the cleanest bike ive ever seen on the street.
