The New Party Place. Harley-Davidson Museum.

Are you looking to get married highway style, or need to organize a convention/trade show, fundraiser, or just need to celebrate a special event or birthday? The Harley-Davidson Museum, scheduled to open in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley in the summer of 2008, has begun marketing itself as a meeting destination that can accommodate any event, small or big. The museum’s indoor event spaces are equipped to handle as many as 1,050 people. For outdoor events, the museum’s open green spaces can accommodate as many as 15,000 people. The museum grounds, which will be open to the public, will feature picnic and seating areas in outdoor spaces, allowing people to gather and enjoy the unique museum architecture and Milwaukee riverfront. And the food? I already know what to expect from a HD paper plate dinner. But if your event requires better than paper plates, Harley promises to hire great chefs to treat you like in an upscale restaurant. I remain available for any HD gourmet food testing. Naw, ‘d rather hold a trade show or wedding at the Lourve, or the Met but better yet at the Guggenheim……It’s a museaum stupid not a convention center or maybe it’s a Shell station.
