HellRazor Chopper. Hardcore, EPA And CARB Certified

Rusty Coones, Pres. and CEO of Illusion MotorSports in Westminster, CA announced that his company will be producing the “Hellrazor Limited Edition’. This signature series is a collaboration between West Coast Choppers (design input) and Illusion Motorsports. Why is this scoot worth mentioning in a market flooded with run of the mil, mass produced choppers? Because I am told that each “HellRazor” will be built around Illusion’s E.P.A. and C.A.R.B. certified engines and BAR performance transmissions. The 80”-114” proprietary engines are backed by a 6-Speed left or right drive and sit in a 2009 West Coast Choppers CFL 250 chassis. While “HellRazor” production numbers will be held to no more than 5 per month, the new Illusion line of engines will soon to be offered in a variety of configurations, all of which will be fully certified. For complete details on the availability and options call 714-894-1942 or go to Illusion Motorcycles.

    Wayne,

Ultima Engines are built by Midwest Motorcycle Supply in Pevely (St. Louis) Mo. The motor plant is located on site with a new larger building now under construction that will be used exclusively for engine construction. The gentleman’s name who owns Midwest M/C is Jim Jones. Several motor builders have been using their cases (us included) for several years now with great success. We also have used several of their complete engines over the years again with great success. Now that they have certified the engines for 49 state use I am sure we will use more —- if the market ever returns that is!

    Over & Out,

    Jeff

The airboxes on our CARB equiped bikes are made by Ultima. The motor in the pictured bike is an S&S 114 built to our spec’s by S&S with a smog compliant 42mm mikuni carburator and ultima airbox. We have a variety of compliant motors available from 80-114 cubic inch including our own STD motors made at our facility in chattsworth, ca. The Ultima airbox is bsaed on the Ryan Tovatt design and uses gravity operated trap doors for emissions eliminating the need for VOE switches. If you have any questions you can contact me at Illusion Motorsports, Inc. 714-894-1942. 14726 goldenwest st #F westminster, ca. 92683-Rusty
