V-Twin Expo 2009

The 9th annual V-Twin Expo will open its doors February 6th at noon for a series of seminars, then on Saturday February 7th at 8 AM, thousand of dealers, members of the industry and press will rush inside the Cincinnati Duke Energy Center to meet hundreds of exhibitors showing their 2009 ware. Of course, I will be there as a custom builder, dealer and online publisher, reporting on what will seem to me the most interesting innovations of the year. But all professionals know that it’s impossible, by lack of time, to stop by or spend enough time on each booth. So, to avoid receiving flames after the Expo for missing your booth, I propose all exhibitors to email me in advance at editor@cyrilhuzeblog.com the info regarding their new product(s) for 09.  Please, indicate if you have a date for release (before, during, after Expo). I remind my readers that only bona fide motorcycle retailers, manufacturers and members of the press have access to this Trade Show. So, please, if you are not a professional please don’t ask me anymore if I can give you an invitation. I can, but I will not because I play by the rules of my industry.

Let us know if V-Twin® has a set of the new 3.5 tanks (with working shut off valve) on display or anything new in the “kick-start” market.

One of these days I will get to be there when the Army will let me be in the US when the show happens. It would be good to be able to do an article on it for my site

Are there any stats on the number of vendors with booths and the number of dealers coming this year versus years past?

The list of vendors/exhibitors is on the V-Twin Expo website. The number of visitor dealers? After the show.

    Hey Ray
I am looking to see and try out the new rotors and brake pads you are making.
I have been reading good things about them and want to find out for myself.
I am sure a product evaluation and Tech Article would not hurt either. LOL
    See Ya in “CINCY”

The V-Twin Expo is a must go to for me. No not because I do article for Paisano BUT because it is where I find many of the new products I do Technical Articles on.
It is the first major event that I attend every year.
There are also seminars that are very informative and helpful to me.
Of course seeing friends and business associates and socializing are added benefits.
If you are one of the people that are eligable to attend the EXPO I sincerly hope you will do so. I know you will be happy you did.
    SEE YA IN “CINCY” !!!!!!

Will miss you too this year Cyril!

I have a photography shoot at the Super Bowl and with it being in Tampa just 40 miles from home I had to take the job.

With the 2008 rally season down and economy, I wonder how that will affect the exhibitor attendance and dealers that come out.
