I don’t care what you ride if you ride and what you build if you build. And it would be a mistake to think that in Daytona this year all the bikes were in the category of vintage or new and old school style. High tech aggressive sleds are still being built as I found out all along the week.
Example, Melanie raising hell up and down Atlantic Avenue on her blue Apocalypse built by her husband Alain Tourigny from Touring Creation in Quebec. You see, she is a drag racer and although of short stature, it’s on a street bike as long as Canadian winters that she feels comfortable going very fast. By the way, I learned that this bike is the 2008 Canadian Biker Build-Off Winner. More about Apocalypse at Touring Creation.
Cyril
Great to visit with you in Daytona during Bike Week, always good to get together with friends!
This post of APOCALYPSE NOW is Pretty Freaking Awesome & thank you. Canada could not be more proud of our 2008 Canadian Champion Builder, Alain Tourigny, TOURING CREATIONS. Thanks to Melanie for showing APOCALYPSE during a very busy week in Daytona. Congratulations on their wins at the Classic Boardwalk Show and The Rat’s Hole Show.
Enjoy your day!
Always shining

Canucks always build warrior style bikes. Why?
I would love to ride it down the highway.
I’d rather ride her
Right on rodent.
Thank you Cyril for the mention. I am very proud of my wife. She knew how to brilliantly maneuver this motorcycle. Thank you Mélanie. We build the motorcycles that are requested from us by our clients, bikes that can be hard driven in the Quebec streets.
Hope to provide to meet you in the CBBO on 2009
