Left picture. Seeing this hole, you would probably slow down… Right picture. It’s only a piece of urban art moved around each day. A speed control technique supposedly used in Eastern Canada. Pretty clever or dangerous? (thank you Mike Chadwick)

You betcha- until some biker serves into oncoming traffic and kills himself- then it’s game on, hoser- lol
If you want to control traffic, use lights, signs, speed bumps, patrolmen, radar, etc,… this thing looks like an invitation for causing an accident and/or a well-deserved lawsuit.
In fact, it looks more like a prop for a suspension commercial than a speed control device…
I actualy belive its should be pre paid speeding ticked you pay some fees maybe less then actual ticket and you should be able to go 20 miles faster on the highway or optionals like ticket fees applied to speed alowes you to drive
LAW SUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN DUMB IDEA THEY DID NOT TAKE BIKERS IN MIND
They don’t take Bikers in their thought’s! What do you expect, it’s Frog Land.
Stupid!
Hopefully it’s just a spoof. If real it’s going to get people killed, many of them on bikes.
Cool!! -Dualsport guys would boogey right thru it, Rigid riders would swerve around it, Deer, Moose n Grizzly kill more riders than urban art. Lawsuit-Whats that? We dont do that in Canada, thats an American Tradition.
Funny as hell, huh? When a cager swerves across the center line to avoid it and hits somebody head-on we’ll all have a good laugh.
Not a good idea – to much chance to have drivers/riders swearve to miss the hole and in doing so possibly hit someone or run off the road. Thumbs down from me.
that is just, plain F**ked up.
Why not install a pop-up moose made of cardboard? If someone is driving too fast, the moose pops up and causes them to swerve into an industrial-strength bounce house.
Problem solved!
