Because 1/3 of the US is enduring unusual bitter cold it’s an appropriate time to talk about making those comfortable buns of yours toasty warm. Constructed of triple layer fiberglass, the Mustang’s new heated seat installs easily and comes complete with a wire harness that hooks to the accessory port in front of the battery (no OE controllers or switches are required). It features illuminated switches on the side for convenient adjustment of the dual zone, high/low settings for the rider and passenger.
A very comfortable seat in the front and back with a 17” wide front bucket and a 14” wide rear seat, Mustang’s heated touring seat is also available in a “Super” style which offers a 19” wide front bucket that sits the driver 1.75” further back than the stock seat. Available to fit Road King, FLHT, FLTR and FLHX Street Glide 2008-up models. All heated seats are available with an optional, fully adjustable driver backrest for dawn-to-dusk comfort. Choice of plain or studded style (chrome or chrome with black pearl centers). MSRP. $749. Call 800-243-1392 or visit Mustang Seats. (V-twin Expo booth 315)
Definitely the hot setup on a colder day and looks great this will be a winner.
I have used Mustang seats on a lot of motorcycles through the years and have been very pleased with them because of their comfort and for how long they last.
I am looking forward to trying the new heated model for some of the rides I make to colder areas of the country.
If I do end up with one I will be sure to let everyone know what I think of it.
What no 8 speed oscillating/ vibrating option? LOL
Mustang does make good seats, butt, no pun intended.
Not going to be a big seller in Miami !
But I’m willing to bet it will be a big seller in Seattle.
