Original Coca-Cola Hutchinson Bottle

Like Harley-Davidson, Coca-Cola is identified with the USA. But except if you are an expert in cola matters you don’t know that the original 1886 patented medicine (supposed to cure many diseases, including morphine addiction, dyspepsia, neurasthenia, headache, and impotence) and sold for 5 cents a glass at soda fountains was not bottled until 1894 with the iconic contoured model released in 1916.

This original Coca-Cola Hutchinson Bottle is reproduced in celebration of Coca–Cola’s 125th year anniversary. Those ordering it will probably never drink the fizzy drink, but will show it with other ancient bottles, a very nice way to decorate your office or kitchen shelves. Sold in a special anniversary box. It’s only £2 (roughly $3), so you can order a few for unusual gifting. Online at Selfridges.

Didn’t know this particular bottle design existed. Interesting stuff . Iconic world wide how impressive.

While at it thanks to all USA military personal who have given life and limb. To their family’s and to the many people of this country that support our right to freedom.

To those of agencies that go unnoticed behind the scene to keep us free. Never forgotten.

Well that’s interesting. I have no idea what this post is doing on a motorcycle blog, but ok. It did mention Harley Davidson in the post so I guess that makes it acceptable.

I do agree with Fuji though, THANK YOU TO OUR VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES THAT HAVE GIVEN SO MUCH!

Maybe, Cyrill can figure a way to get them opened and filled with the “good shit”.
