Most-Read And Commented Motorcycle Stories Of 2011 In Cyril Huze Post

Daily, my website back end administration tracks lots of data. Among them, who reads what, how many times, for how long, number of comments posted etc. Although there is no exact correlation between the number of readers of each of my articles and the number of comments posted under them, it just happened that in 2011, the most read stories in number of visitors are also the most commented.

So, if you ever wondered which of my 2011 stories, for good or ill, were both most-read and commented, the top one is regarding Big Bear Choppers closing its business, but notice that  5 are related to the Discovery Build-Off between Jesse James, Paul Jr. and Paul Sr. All top 10 stories were “Breaking News” published before all other media outlets or “Exclusives.” See the ranking after the jump.

1- Big Bear Choppers Out Of Business. Update.
2- Exclusive. Discovery Channel 3-Way Biker Build-Off Between Jesse James, Paul Sr. And Paul Jr.
3- Paul Teutul Jr. Wins American Chopper Three-Way Build-Off. Fair Or Shame?
4- Hoka Hey Challenge Or Joke A Hey Race?
5- American Chopper Live Bike Build-Off Between Jesse James, Paul Jr. And Paul Sr. And The Winner Is…
6- American Chopper Live Buid-Off. Tonight And Tomorrow At 9 pm ET.

Let me help out your bean counters and other assorted twidgets… Anything that directly affects me like new laws and changes in events(political or otherwise), changes in industry or just industry news in general. I could not care less about the last toy run or the newest chrome valve stem caps

This is easily the first and best place for me to get up on what is happening in the industry. Thanks Cyril!

Thank you for the nod Boss Hawg!
Damn shame the top story is about snakes ripping people off.

Here’s to a great 2012…wherein Cyril can’t keep up with all the GREAT news on things going on around the industry and hopefully next year’s top post is “Industry is on the rise, HD stops messing with its dealers, and motorcycle builders and product manufacturers report record sales.”

Thanks for keeping us all in the loop Cyril.

    A toast gentlemen! Cheers.

Thanks Cyril for all your work. The only thing better than biker apologetics is riding naked. Have a great year Cyril. glidin-a-new-one.
