Jay Allen gets its 18th Land Speed Record during the 2012 Bonneville Bubs Speed Trials 2012. He did both passes at an average speed of 176.758 mph in the M-PF class on his machine sponsored by S&S Cycle, Proto Food and One Source Nutrition. The former land speed record was held since 2009 by Hiro Koiso with a speed of 175.289 mph.
