Harley-Davidson would have advised some of its dealers that shipment of the 2013 FXSBE Breakout is being stopped until further notice. A couple of hundred units seem concerned. At this date no official reason has been given to them. It has happened before with all motorcycle manufacturers, often the reason being a problem with a part or paint or… To follow…

I think Cyril hit it with paint-related. It’s probably just to repaint all the tanks and front fenders, since they cause gagging & vomiting. (safety issue) ☺
Seems HD has a CVO problem during anniversary years.
May be a while before its resolved. It is very difficult to fix ugly.
I wish Cyril will be more inquisitive about this “CVO Breakout” Issue. So many rumors since the MOCO will not give specifics to their own dealers…or the dealers are sworn secrecy.
From a H-D forum ” M13 CVO Breakout will be a one year model. They already brought out the
non-CVO version and next year’s CVO Soft-tails is going to be the M14 Heritage.

It is hard to believe that such a successful model will be discontinue. Although H-D has the right to do so with any model that is not selling well…but a CVO Breakout that was received so well by H-D enthusiast?
Cyril should dig a bit more to have the true facts known…
