Wonder how much shipping back & forth from San Diego is going to cost me.
What is the warranty on a full Harley 5=sp rebuild?
You pay to ship it to us we pay to ship it back with a 1 year warranty.
Who better indeed? Awesome idea, and a needed service for many.
Agreed. Support the manufacturers that provide personal customer service for the products whose quality they can control. It’s an unbroken line of support – as such, at night, a pillow fluffer-upper.
Great bunch of folks at Baker. I wish more in the MC industry were like Baker and S&S
No doubt Baker one of the best out there ..Hmmmm..now entering the service arena…may have some impact on the vast independent shops out there that count on that labor install after selling their customer Baker parts ..Best of luck to all ….good old fashion American customer service
You da man, Bert!
@DDonnie. True, but it may be a positive thing, too. Not all shops may be interested in the actual rebuild jobs but would be just fine with the money from the esier task of removing the transmission, sending it to Baker & re-installing it upon return. Really complete shops with guys who can do these in their sleep should be fine with their local customer base, but I can see a lot of ones making more money doing the R&R via Baker than they could doing the actual rebuilds. Time will tell ☺
