Maybe one day I will launch a discussion on the reason(s) why so many builders of custom motorcycles and cars name their creations with Spanish names. “”La chica es bonita” means “The girl is pretty” and nobody knows if builder Fabian Muller is talking about “her”, his bike, or “her” at his side on the top picture, his daughter working with him at his shop, or “her”, but who?
Another example of Chopper and Bobber fusion style, “La Chica Bonita” is a display of custom parts created or distributed by Müller Motorcycle AG, a shop located in Bavaria, Germany with a great reputation in its own country and surrounded by beautiful scenery to stimulate imagination.
To be hired at the shop, you must be more than a fabricator, mechanic, engine re-builder, etc. You must be a true bike freak, in and out of the shop. And it’s during one annoying long stop and go stuck in heavy traffic that one of the shop boys said ‘enough is enough” about a painful left hand cramping from holding the clutch. It’s the way the Muller Power Clutch was born. The shop also has quite a few proprietary parts like its own branded internal throttle, its adjustable up to 13-degree X-triple tree/risers combo, its own “Beast” 6-piston calipers, grips, etc.
Although the tech sheet below will tell you more in details what “La Chica Bonita” is made for, let’s just mention the chassis – frame and the oil tank – by Austrian Penz Performance and also the modified Sportster gas tank. A combo from which you can build many reasonably priced variations of the “Chopper/Bobber style so popular during these last 10 years, both in the USA, Europe & Asia. Müller Motorcycle. Is it just me, or are the only riders that can even afford to look at expensive Euro custom Harleys are fat German guys who live with mom and Arab oil sheiks?
A nice daily rider. Bar hopper?
Ha, yes. Why builders choose Spanish names for their creations?
This style has been seen many times. But it still works.
Chris Davis, dunno. But I bet the Germans have a saying about it.
Not the usual Drag style so popular with the Germans.
For those complaining with too many big dollar bikes, here is one very affordable.
The girl, bike & background make for a fine feature. This cat gets it
Put one of the Power Clutch units in my wife’s FXR, works great, easy pull! As to the Mexican-German connection, kinda like a sauerkraut – burrito, I guess
I like it.
It´s a Promobike for all of his parts. The two in the picture are the kids of Müller sen.
I´ve just build up a bike with his internal throttle and clutch (for my handicapped bro) and it really works smooth.
on to the dustbin of tired soul -less “customs”
I’m Italian and weve been refering to our machines as she when she runs good she looks good ect. Ect.I call my scoot sweet Jane
I like it….and the girl IS pretty!
Good job,that bike is kick-ass.
Ditto… I like it, a lot !!!!
Very Cool !!!
TT, once a bell end always a bell end.
Meh
Nice Bike , Evo motors look run and sound good.
Springer Front end , softail frame, classic style and nicely finished.
Not too much bling and nice paint. What is there really not to like about it.
I try to be positive and always check what colour pill I take in the morning.
Thanks a lot for so many response! I´m Eva, the girl on the left side. For me it would be very interesting to know, what do you think, what´s the price of the bike!? Cause, i mean, that we made it very cheap. Especially, when you recognize all the special parts like the internal clutch (do you have seen that there´s no clutch lever?!) or the front fender, which is nearly the tire in connection with a springer fork?!
Hi Eva ,
yes I tried to take a guess at value but hard as I don’t know price of a number of components including frame and build time. it would be a guess. I noticed Alloy front fender a nice touch as long as they do not flex ,crack or work harden.I am sure you already know that though.
It is a very nice bike . it is a good looking practical MoroCylce that has allot of “Cool’ factor..
…..So how much…??
Hi James,
the price was not much higher, than a CVO Breakout cost from stock … but the worth with all the parts, work and “soul” which is in the bike is much more higher. And then you have a really special bike, who has no one else.
I’m quite bad in estimate but I find the bike definitely cool.
I’m not real big on the bobber style but I like this one. Dressed up but not too much. And to have a hot chica painted on it makes it even better!
Where does She sit? My lady is treated right!
Eva nice bike, i like these less is more bikes with not much clutter/junk on them
to me these bikes are timeless
There is so much about this bike that is done right. Great job y’all.
Me like ..very cool
Thanks a lot, i´m very delighted about so much positive response! “La Chica” is our special “baby” and it´s very great to hear, that so many people likes her. 🙂
Really nice Bike , just to small for a 6′ 2″ fat guy ………………………..
