So … I guess I’d go with … if I knew the guy …. even vaguely … I’d speak up . Whereas if I didn’t ? Let the good times roll and the laughter ensue indeed 😉
There’s a good chance for some expensive damage, so I would speak up, and would hope that anyone would do likewise when I pull a bonehead move. If the mistake doesn’t involve property damage, I might stand by and watch.
Get a group together and take bets on which breaks first. Something on the ATV, the tie downs, or the spoke in the wheel. The fourth option that the driver notices the additional resistance when he tries to drive away. Option 4 not likely if he was dumb enough to rig this up in the first place.

maybe the parking brake on the truck is broken so that’s how he parks 😉
